How do I proceed with returns or exchange of products?
Products can be exchanged in their original packaging, within 14 days from receiving it. We would like to ask that in all cases when returning a product use a courier service and send it to our storage, we can’t accept exchange packages in our shops. Fill out the return form with the required information and send it back to the email@example.com email address. After processing your request, we will send you the substitution product in a few days (if we have it in stock), please give the courier service the item/items you would like to exchange in original and unharmed packaging. The exchange costs 10€ which is at the costumer's expense.
What can I do if I don’t want what I ordered and I would like to return it?
You must send the product back in its original condition and packaging, we only accept returns 14 days from your order’s arrival. Fill out the return form with the required information (if you choose pay on delivery don’t forget to give us your bank account number) and send us back the product in it’s original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice or it’s copy. The cost of the return is paid by the costumer. After we received the product we will transfer your order’s amount to your bank account within 10 workdays.
How should I pack the product I’m returning?
Please return all products in their original condition and package.Please don’t stick any tape on the products because we cannot resell it this way. Place the product into its original package and put that into a box for sending. If the product is damaged, we cannot take it back or give an exchange item. If the original box is damaged, we have to cut the charge back amount by 20€ due to the fact that we cannot resell it at full price this way.
